HI

It's Wednesday.  It's sunny out (cold, but I'll take the SUN!)  I'm drinking my coffee.  And I feel chatty.

I'm a day late for Virtual Coffee with Amy.  Sadly, I've been absent for the coffee talk over there for months.  I think I mentioned that I now work on Tuesday's, so my opportunity for chit-chatting is pretty much gone.  Maybe I should shoot for Wednesday's, eh? 

Anyway,  how are things going in your world?  How's the weather?  The kids?  I'm glad January is almost done.  It seems like a blur of a month, doesn't it? 

And it's been a weird January for me, this year.  I always look forward to  January 1st because it's a new start, a clean slate.  But this year I just wasn't feeling it.  I kept waiting for some motivation to hit me, some inspiration, something..... anything......

Finally, just this week, I've been clunked over the head with some good January juices.   A little late is better than never, right?     Sooo, I've been inspired and motivated and it feels good. 


I'm back to doing my morning work-outs.    I think just starting there helps get everything else in line.  I feel so much more energetic and capable and ready to handle what life throws at me when I get up, first thing, and work up a good sweat! 

Oh and I'm setting a goal for 2012 to clean out every closet/drawer/toy bin and cabinet in this house.  It's time.  We've lived here for almost 12 years.  I don't think I've ever lived in one home for so long.  The problem with that, is that things tend to collect and then multiply.   So, I'm going through everything with the same tenacity as I would if a move was in our immediate future, which it isn't, but I'm trying to keep myself extra motivated.  Plus, tossing stuff out is so therapeutic.  It really feels good, you should try it! 

What else? 
Oh, this is BIG in my world.  I got a new camera bag.  (HERE) 

I am really liking it.  I mean it's big and sort of reminds me of a diaper bag. 
But, I can fit my camera AND my iPad in there as well as the few personal items I need.  YAY.
I think this is bag is going to be my best pal. 
I love the look of it too.  I have to say, it is just soooo me! 

Ahhh, just gulped down my last swig of coffee. 
I'm off to finish getting ready. 
This little guy and I.....

..... we have library story time soon. 
You're jealous, aren't you.  *wink*
And then it's lunch, and then I run him to school, and then pick him up, and then pick his brother up. 
My day of shuttling kids resumes!
